SUMMER FUND 2011 KEY STATS
- Provided $1.3 million in direct operational support grants for summer programming
- Over 22,000 children and youth attended summer camps and programs through the Summer Fund
- Supported 75 nonprofits operating over 100 summer camp and program sites
- Over 10,000 children and youth attended free field trips through Cultural Day
We hope you had a wonderful summer. Summer Fund camps had another great year and provided opportunities for over 22,000 youth to attend enriching summer camps and programs. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to Summer Fund donors and camps for their outstanding commitment and dedication to ensuring that thousands of Greater Boston children and teens had the chance to enjoy a safe and rewarding summer!
2012 Application Information
Current Grantees (Camps that received summer 2011 funding from the Summer Fund)
- The Final Report/2012 Application is available to current grantees via your camp’s unique URL. Applications are due Wednesday, November 30, 2011 by 3 pm. Late applications will not be accepted.
Prospective Grantees/New Applicants (Camps that did NOT receive summer 2011 funding from the Summer Fund)
- The 2012 Application for Prospective Grantees is available for download and is due Wednesday, November 30, 2011 by 3 pm.
